Orders and Shipping

How long does it take for me to receive my order?

It can around 5-6 working days to deliver your order. It varies upon location and can take few more days depending upon external circumstances.

How do I create an account?

You can signup at https://www.inephos.com/my-account/ or you can also create an account while placing the order.

How do I change my shipping address?

Please email us the correct shipping address with pincode via email at help@inephos.com with the order id within 12 hours of placing the order.

How do I track the status of my order?

You will get shipping notifications via SMS on the registered mobile number and via the email. You can also visit the “My Orders” tab in your “My Account” page and you can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

No. We don’t save any banking details with us. You can choose to save your details with our payment gateway provider if you want to.

Do you charge sales tax?

Our products include all the taxes and delivery which have to be charged. The charges shown on the checkout page are final.

Do you ship to my country?

Currently we only ship to India as of now. We also provide delivery in USA for our customers. For delivery is USA, please connect with us on email at help@inephos.com.

How do I pay on Inephos.com?

Inephos.com offers you multiple ways to pay securely. You can use Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets and UPI. If you want to pay using other means, please contact us using the contact form on this page.
