  • Where is my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the order using the tracking number here.

  • Is shipping free?

    Yes, we ship every product from Inephos.com to you for free of cost.

  • How do I pay on Inephos.com?

    Inephos.com offers you multiple ways to pay securely. You can use Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Netbanking, Wallets and UPI. If you want to pay using other means, please contact us using the contact form on this page.

  • Is it safe to pay online on Inephos.com?

    We use the 3D Secure payment gateway for card payments and the Razorpay payment gateway for netbanking. These are industry-standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions at Inephos.com are processed in an extremely secure environment.

  • Are there any hidden charges (Octroi or VAT) when I make a purchase on Inephos.com?

    There are no hidden charges when you make a purchase on Inephos.com. The prices listed for all the items are final, all-inclusive and includes the shipping and handling charges.

  • I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

    Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However in the rare case that your product is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement. If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can request your replacement within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • How do I check the current status of my order?

    Visit the “My Orders” tab in your “My Account” page and you can instantly see the status of a specific order and all your past orders.

  • What if I have forgotten my account password?

    When signing in you can click on the ‘Forgot Password’ link below the sign up area. You will immediately be redirected to a new page where you will be instructed to fill in your registered email address. Soon after, you will receive an email with a link to ‘reset your password’.

  • What is the estimated delivery time?

    We dispatch most orders within 24-48 hours. And usually every order is delivered within 4-5 days.
